These top-rated English Language Arts lessons are just a jumping-off point for using TES Teach in your classroom or at home. If you find a particular lesson or section of a lessons that youd like to emulate in your own creation, simply click the copy button at the top. Then try these tips below to create your own!

Teachers: Try using resource to guide younger students through diagramming sentences or key grammar concepts. You can click through your own slides and even embed the classic Schoolhouse Rock Conjunction Junction videos.

For upper-level students, you can turn a classic group discussion into differentiated in-class activities by having students create lessons in small groups to represent different themes, characters, and historical context for a certain text. Assign students lessons that review and quiz them on vocabulary and Greek and Latin roots as homework. The possibilities are endless!

Students: What better way is there to present your final project on Of Mice and Men than by creating a resource presentation or portfolio of all of your work?
